right to convey water (irrigation race) in gross created
by transfer 933986.25, right to convey electricity created by transfer 977659.2, rights in gross to convey water, right
of way and to convey and store water created by transfer 5089085.1 and right to convey electricity specified in easement certificate 5225761.3.
