Pursuant to section 16 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Wellington City Council, by resolution dated 17 August 2005, classified the reserves, described in the Schedule, as recreation reserves, subject to the provisions of the said Act.
