Notice of Direction by the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for the Disposition of the Surplus Asset of a Dissolved Incorporated Society
Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution on the 15th day of June 2006 of the above-named incorporated society,
its surplus asset, being the land in the Schedule hereto, be vested in Rimutaka Kindergarten Association Incorporated.
This direction shall become final on the 7th day of August 2006.
No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered on or before that date.
Schedule
An estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 1021 square metres, being Lots 2 and 4, DP 21681 described in Computer Freehold Register WN884/45 (Wellington Land Registration District), subject to section 351 of the Municipal Corporations Act 1954 (amalgamation of Lots 2 and 4).
