Notice of Direction by the Registrar of Incorporated Societies for the Disposition of Surplus Assets of a Dissolved Incorporated Society
Section 27 of the Incorporated Societies Act 1908
Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies has directed that consequent on the dissolution at an unknown date of the above-named incorporated society, its surplus assets, being the lands in the Schedule hereto, be vested in Rimutaka Kindergarten Association Incorporated.
This direction shall become final on the 3rd day of July 2006.
No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered on or before that date.
Schedule
An estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 1,027 square metres, more or less, being Lot 2, DP 31451, being all the land identified as Computer Freehold Register WN8B127 (Wellington Land Registration District).
An estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 1,518 square metres, more or less, being Lot 1, DP 1350, being all the land identified as Computer Freehold Register N572/260 (Wellington Land Registration District).
An estate in fee simple in all that parcel of land containing 1,329 square metres, more or less, being Lot 8, DP 17763, being all the land identified as Computer Freehold Register N722/71 (Wellington Land Registration District).
