Take notice that the Registrar of Incorporated Societies
has directed that, consequent on the dissolution of the above named society on the 12th day of May 2005, its surplus assets, being rights in and under encumbrances 5597030.3 and 5383438.6 (North Auckland Land Registration District), be vested in Regency Auckland Limited at Timaru.
This direction shall become final on the 24th day of March 2006.
No appeal shall lie unless notice thereof is delivered before that date.
