Psychologists (Fees) Amdendment Notice 2006

Pursuant to Part 6, section 130 (1) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Psychologists (Fees) Amendment Notice 2006 and should be read in conjunction with the notices published in the New Zealand Gazette, 5 August 2004, No. 95, page 2402 and
New Zealand Gazette, 7 April 2005, No. 62, page 1579.
(2) This notice comes into force on 1 April 2006.
2. Fees—The Psychologists Board sets the following fees, payable to the board, specified in the attached Schedule.
3. Tax—The fees are inclusive of goods and services tax.

Application for registration under the Trans-Tasman Mutual Recognition Act 1997 315.00
Application for registration for overseas-trained psychologists 585.00
Practising certificate* 595.00
Practising certificate fee for practitioners holding a practising certificate in year 1 April to 31 March who purchase a certificate before 31 March for the following year* 595.00
Practising certificate fee for practitioners holding a practising certificate in the current year who purchase a practising certificate after 1 April* 695.00
Practising certificate fee for practitioners applying for a practising certificate in the period 1 January to 31 March and who have not been practising in the nine months prior to 1 January* 297.50
Practising certificate fee for persons first registered by the Board on or after 1 October for the current practising year* 297.50
Certificate of registration 50.00
The supply to any psychologist of any documents, other than a certificate of registration, required by him or her for the purpose of seeking registration overseas 43.00
Copy of Register 45.00
*Practising certificate is an annual practising certificate or an interim practising certificate.
