Notice of Rating Outlook
Pursuant to section 8 of the Insurance Companies (Rating and Inspections) Act 1994, Great Lakes Reinsurance (UK) PLC gives public notice of its rating outlook.
On 7 November 2006, A.M. Best Company confirmed that Great Lakes Reinsurance (UK) PLC has retained its financial strength rating of “A+” (superior), but with a negative rating outlook.
A.M. Best Company is a rating agency approved by the Registrar of Companies.
The rating scale, of which the ratings form part, is
available for inspection at the company’s registered office
at DLA Phillips Fox, Level Seven, Tower Building, 50-64 Customhouse Quay, Wellington.
