Oral Health Practitioners’ (Fees) Amendment Notice 2006 (No. 4)

Pursuant to sections 130 to 133 of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003, the following notice is given.
N o t i c e
1. Title and commencement—(1) This notice may be cited as the Oral Health Practitioners’ (Fees) Amendment Notice 2006 (No. 4) and shall come into force on 1 July 2007.
(2) This notice has the status of a Regulation for the purposes of the Regulations (Disallowance) Act 1989.
(3) This notice amends the enforcement date of the Oral Health Practitioners’ (Fees) Amendment Notice 2006 (No. 2) notice published in the New Zealand Gazette,
31 August 2006, No. 103, page 3048. The amendment is only in relation to the Registration Application Fee for applications made under section 15 (2) of the Health Practitioners Competence Assurance Act 2003. The enforcement date of the fee relating to overseas trained dentists’ preliminary examination is maintained.
2. Fee—The Dental Council of New Zealand sets the following fee, payable to the council, specified in
the attached Schedule.
3. Tax—The fee is inclusive of goods and services tax.
