Pursuant to section 79 (j) (ii) of the Veterinarians Act 2005, the Veterinary Council of New Zealand (“council”) gives the following notice.
1. This notice prescribes the form of the application for registration under section 10 of the Act.
2. Pursuant to section 88 (3), the council refers persons to the application for registration available on the council’s web site at:
www.vetcouncil.org.nz
and also available for inspection at the council offices
at Level Eight, 138 The Terrace, Wellington or by contacting the Veterinary Council of New Zealand
