Pursuant to section 75 (j) (iv) of the Veterinarians Act 2005, the Veterinary Council of New Zealand (“council”) gives the following notice.
1. This notice prescribes the form of the application for a practising certificate under section 24 (2) (a) of the Act.
2. Pursuant to section 88 (3), the Veterinary Council of New Zealand (“council”) refers persons to the application for annual practising certificate available on the council’s web site at:
www.vetcouncil.org.nz
and also available for inspection at the council offices
at Level Eight, 138 The Terrace, Wellington or by contacting the Veterinary Council of New Zealand
