Conservation Authority
Pursuant to section 6F of the Conservation Act 1987,
I, Christopher Joseph Carter, Minister of Conservation, hereby reappoint
Kerry Leigh Francis Marshall, of Richmond
to be a member of the New Zealand Conservation Authority for a term commencing on 1 June 2006 and ending on
31 May 2008; and pursuant to section 6G of the Conservation Act 1987, I appoint
Kerry Leigh Francis Marshall, of Richmond
as chairperson of the New Zealand Conservation Authority for the term of his appointment.
