Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 94 (2) of the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003, that a Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal has found against the following motor vehicle traders:
MVD 114/05Decision No.: AK 212/05 Ras International Limited (trading as Evolution Motors) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser compensation of $2114.11 plus costs of $56.25.
MVD 226/05 Decision No.: AK 201/05 Icarus Car Company Limited (trading as Fast Fours and Turbos) Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader is ordered to pay the purchaser $600.00 plus compensation of $45.00 plus any capital payments and insurance refunds plus costs of $50.00.
MVD 68/05 Decision No.: WN 233/05 Tory Motor Company Limited Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader is ordered to pay the purchaser the sum of $29,995.00 plus compensation of $395.00.
MVD 244/05 Decision No.: WN 70/05 Kensington Securities Limited (trading asR J Autos) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $1,500.00 plus any capital payments.
MVD 249/05 Decision No.: AK 202/05 Icarus Car Company Limited (trading as Fast Fours Turbos) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $1,029.50 plus costs of $50.00.

MVD 260/05Decision No.: AK 209/05 Semble Cars Limited Trader is ordered to pay the purchaser $380.00 plus costs of $50.00.
MVD 262/05Decision No.: AK 203/05 Kimley Stephen Ross (trading as Rosscars) Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader is ordered to pay the purchaser $148.00 plus any capital payments plus any insurance refunds and costs of $50.00.
MVD 263/05Decision No.: AK 210/05 Hallmark Cars Limited (trading as Hallmark Cars and Wiri Autos) Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader is ordered to pay the purchaser $4,495.00 plus compensation of $380.50 and insurance refunds.
