Pursuant to section 80 (1) of the Films, Videos, and Publications Classification Act 1993, the Minister of Internal Affairs reappoints to the Office of Film and Literature Classification
William Hastings
as Chief Censor of Film and Literature for a term commencing on 20 December 2006 and concluding on
19 October 2009; and
Nicola McCully
as Deputy Chief Censor of Film and Literature for a term commencing on 20 December 2006 and concluding on
16 September 2008.
