Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Whakatane District Court
on 11 December 2006, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1984 Honda VT-E motorcycle, Registration No. 96TXK.
Against: Nathan Wiremu Waikato.
1991 Honda Integra, Registration No. ZU8584.
Against: Jake Meshe Davie.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (07) 306 0200) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
