Pursuant to section 77 (b) and clause 1 (2) of Schedule 1 of the Veterinarians Act 2005, I hereby appoint
Barbara Benson, of Dunedin, being a non-veterinarian
to be a member of the Veterinary Council of New Zealand for a term of three years from 1 January 2007.
