Appeals Authority
Pursuant to section 129N (4) of the Immigration Act 1987, His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Andrew Nesbit Molloy, of Auckland
to be a member of the Refugee Status Appeals Authority
for a term commencing on 1 March 2007 and ceasing on
30 June 2010.
