Pursuant to clause 10 (1) of Schedule 3 to the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, I appoint
Judith Estranna Aitken
as chairperson of the board of the Capital and Coast District Health Board.
This appointment will take effect on 24 December 2006 and ends on 9 December 2007.
