Her Excellency the Governor-General, has reappointed
Jane Diplock
as a member of the Securities Commission for a five-year term, commencing on 3 September 2006 and expiring on
2 September 2011; and pursuant to section 11 (3) of the Securities Act 1978, Her Excellency the Governor-General, has reappointed
Jane Diplock
as chair of the Securities Commission for a five-year
term, commencing on 3 September 2006 and expiring on
2 September 2011.
