Pursuant to section 11 of the Commerce Act 1986, I hereby appoint
Peter Stuart Harris
to be an associate member of the Commerce Commission
in respect of matters arising from Part 4A of the Act for a term commencing on 11 December 2006 and expiring on
30 August 2007, unless his term of office as a member
of the Electricity Commission ceases, then he ceases to be an associate member of the Commerce Commission on
that date.
