aware that the Crown was vested under section 324 (1)
of the Companies Act 1993 (by virtue of the removal of
On Quay 2000 Limited from the Register of Companies on 16 June 2004, pursuant to section 324 of the Companies Act 1993) with funds standing to the credit of an account with Bank of New Zealand of approximately $1,064.43.
