Take notice that I, Iain Robert Rennie, Acting Secretary
to the Treasury, pursuant to section 325 of the Companies Act 1993, hereby disclaim for and on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen, the reversionary interest in the cross-lease property interest contained and registered against Computer Freehold Register NA75B/59 along with water easements B454674.2 and B353345.1 (registered against NA564/103 and NA723/130 respectively), all which are currently held in the name of Port Berries Processors Limited, a company removed from the Companies Register on 22 November 1999, but which the equitable ownership is held by Currie Developments Limited, also removed from the Companies Register on 10 February 1994.
