Pursuant to Regulation 10 (9) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 9 February 2006, which was granted under those Regulations to Susan Stikkelman
(on behalf of Chesterfield Preschool Limited) in respect of Chesterfields Nursery Cottage (70546), situated at 396 Manchester Street, St Albans, Christchurch.
This cancellation also has the effect of cancelling any provisional licence issued to this service.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
