Pursuant to Regulation 10 (9) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 16 April 2005, which was granted under those Regulations to Susan Stikkelman in respect
of Chesterfield Early Childhood Learning Centre (70334), situated at 396 Manchester Street, St Albans, Christchurch.
This cancellation also has the effect of cancelling any provisional licence issued to this service.
This notice shall take effect the day after the date of its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
