Pursuant to section 78N (2) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby amend the notice of appointment (as published in the New Zealand Gazette, 2 June 2005, No. 86, page 2042), and appoint
Kevin Brown
as commissioner for Huia Range School (formerly Hillcrest School, Dannevirke).
All functions, powers and duties of the Board of Trustees of Huia Range School are vested in the commissioner.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
