Acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education under section 101 (7) of the Education Act 1989, I approve Thursday, 29 March 2007, as the closing date
for voting in the first elections of parent representatives and a staff representative for the board of trustees of Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Kawakawa Mai Tawhiti.
I also approve Sunday, 22 April 2007, as the date for the first meeting of the board of trustees.
This notice shall take effect the day after publication.
