Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991 and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, the Minister for the Environment hereby revokes the notice entitled the Resource Management (Approval of Telecom New Zealand International Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice (No. 1) 1993, dated the 3rd day of November 1993 and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 11 November 1993, No. 166, page 3367.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of its publication.
