Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the New Plymouth District Court on 16 November 2006, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1991 Mitsubishi Lancer, Registration No. RC1639.
Against: Gina Kim Stockwell.
1994 Nissan Silvia, Registration No. AUH102.
Against: Gerard Bruce Vavasour.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 968 6500) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
