Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Invercargill District Court on 14 November 2006, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1986 Honda Civic, Registration No. PA6199.
Against: Jamie Brian Ruddell.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (03) 211 0650) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
