Pursuant to section 153 (1) (b) of the Education Act 1989,
I hereby declare that Te Kura Kaupapa Maori o Tupoho will become a Years 1 to 13 composite school on 1 January 2007 and cease to be a Years 1 to 8 primary school on that day.
