Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, an order was made in the Masterton District Court on 15 September 2006, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicle:
1991 Ford Laser, Registration No. PS2069.
Against: Tikitiki William Karaitiana.
Anyone who has a legal interest in this vehicle should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 370 0230) as the Registrar may sell the vehicle.
