Pursuant to section 10A of the District Courts Act 1947,
His Excellency the Governor General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Richard Lockhart Watson, District Court Judge
to exercise the criminal jurisdiction of the District Courts under Part 2A of the District Courts Act 1947, with effect from 1 March 2007, on his appointment as an Acting District Court Judge.
