Pursuant to section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, the Minister of Energy hereby appoints
Graham Charles Pinnell
as a member of the Electricity Commission Board, as established under the Electricity Act 1992, for a term of
one year commencing on 10 November 2006 and expiring on 9 November 2007.
