Pursuant to section 65ZD of the Public Finance Act 1989, the Minister of Finance gives the following notice:
"On the 30th day of October 2006, I, The Honourable
Dr Michael John Cullen, Minister of Finance, gave an indemnity in favour of Christchurch Art Gallery Te Puna o Waiwhetu, a unit of the Christchurch City Council, under an Indemnity Agreement related to an exhibition of artworks from the Maeght Foundation of Saint
Paul-de-Vence, France".
