Pursuant to Regulation 18 of the Education (School Trustee Elections) Regulations 2000, I hereby approve the following attached nomination paper and voting papers for use in the circumstances specified:
? Te Reo Maori Translation of Standard Nomination Paper: The attached te reo Maori nomination paper for use in all elections except when a board opts into the mid-term election cycle in a triennial election year (Form 3);
? Te Reo Maori Translation of Standard Voting Paper: The attached te reo Maori voting paper for the election of parent representatives to a board of trustees except when a board opts into the mid-term election cycle in a triennial election year (Form 4);
? Te Reo Maori Translation of Staff Representative Voting Paper: The attached te reo Maori voting paper for the election of a staff representative to a board of trustees (Form 10); and
? Te Reo Maori Translation of Student Representative Voting Paper: The attached te reo Maori voting paper for the election of a student representative to a board of trustees (Form 11).
