Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Hastings District Court
on 26 October 2006, for the confiscation of the following
motor vehicles:
1992 Mitsubishi Galant, Registration No. AGJ601.
Against: Tani Ngametua Heather.
1997 Mitsubishi Lancer, Registration No. DGZ86.
Against: Eva Lee Bishop.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 974 6032) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
