The notice of direction to appoint a limited statutory manager for the Blind and Low Vision Network of
New Zealand (previously known as the Homai National School for the Blind and Vision Impaired) Board of Trustees published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 August 2002, No. 126, page 3379, as subsequently amended and published in the New Zealand Gazette, 29 May 2003, No. 57, page 1599, New Zealand Gazette, 23 October 2003,
No. 146, page 4089, and New Zealand Gazette, 23 December 2004, No. 175, page 4406, is hereby revoked under section 78M (7) of the Education Act 1989.
This notice takes effect the day after the date of its publication.
