Pursuant to section 5 and clause 1 of the Schedule of the Transport Accident Investigation Commission Act 1990,
His Excellency the Governor-General of New Zealand hereby reappoints
William Patrick Jeffries
as the Chief Commissioner of the Transport Accident Investigation Commission for a term commencing on
16 October 2006 and expiring on 30 September 2008.
