Pursuant to section 28 (1) (a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I reappoint
Mark Ford
as chair and member of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority for a term commencing 5 October 2006 and expiring 30 September 2007; and appoint
Roger Sutton
as deputy chair of the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority for a term commencing 2 October 2006 and expiring 30 September 2007.
