Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Hamilton District Court
on 29 August 2006, for the confiscation of the following motor vehicles:
1996 Nissan Bluebird SSS, Registration No. BSU216.
Against: Jermaine Wilson.
1998 Suzuki GSXR600 motorcycle, Registration No.
85TSO.
Against: Brant Weremu Were.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (07) 957 7700) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
This notice is placed pursuant to the Sentencing Regulations 2002.
