Pursuant to section 9 of the Oaths and Declarations Act 1957 ("the Act"), I, Mark Burton, Minister of Justice, hereby authorise the holders for the time being of the offices of Land Transport New Zealand specified in the Schedule below to take statutory declarations under the Act.
I also revoke all such authorisations held by employees of the Land Transport Safety Authority as published in the
New Zealand Gazette, 13 March 2003, No. 25, page 735.
