Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 94 (2) of the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003, that a Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal has found against the following motor vehicle traders:
MVD 54/06Decision No.: Ak. 66/06 Glenfield Wholesale Limited Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader is ordered to pay the purchaser $4,293.31 plus any insurance refunds plus costs of $50.00.
MVD 63/06 Decision No.: Ak. 99/06 Park-2-Sell Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader is ordered to pay the purchaser $701.88 plus any capital payments plus any insurance refunds and costs of $50.00.
MVD 114/06 Decision No.: Wn. 47/06 Hawkes Bay Toyota Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $3,000.00.
MVD 121/06 Decision No.: Ak. 95/06 Pioneer Enterprises Limited (trading as Grange Motor Company) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $2,085.41 plus costs of $50.00.
MVD 130/06Decision No.: Ak. 91/06 Pukekohe Wholesale Cars Limited Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $735.00 plus costs of $50.00.
MVD 139/06Decision No.: Ak. 90/06 Vital IP Limited (trading as Metro Automotive) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $3,558.69 plus costs of $50.00.
MVD 143/06Decision No.: Wn. 45/06 Euromarque Holdings Limited (trading as Euromarque) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $5,000.00 together with interest at the rate of 14.9% on that sum from 15 November 2005 until 28 August 2006.
MVD 144/06Decision No.: Ak. 87/06 Turner’s Auctions Limited Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $4,810.00 plus costs of $50.00.
MVD 166/06 Decision No.: Ak. 98/06 Lauratek Enterprise Motorworld Limited Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $10,000.00 plus costs of $50.00.
