Notice is given that on 12 October 2006, the Accident Compensation Corporation (ACC), under section 150 (4) of the Crown Entities Act 2005 (“the Act”), published the annual report for ACC and its Crown entity group for
the financial year ended 30 June 2006.
The annual report contains the information and reports
and is in the form required by section 151 of the Act, and includes the required financial statements together with the audit report and statement of responsibility.
