Pursuant to section 38 (2) of the National Library of
New Zealand (Te Puna Matauranga o Aotearoa) Act 2003,
I, Judith Tizard, the Minister Responsible for the National Library, notify that Landonline is exempt from the provisions of the National Library Requirement (Electronic Documents) Notice 2006.
Landonline meets the criterion set out in clause 9 (2) (a) of the National Library Requirement (Electronic Documents) Notice 2006.
Landonline has been created by an agent of the Government (Land Information New Zealand) as a source of information for the purpose of transacting the business of Government.
This notice applies from the date of its publication.
