Notice is hereby given, in accordance with section 94 (2) of the Motor Vehicle Sales Act 2003, that a Motor Vehicle Disputes Tribunal has found against the following motor vehicle traders:
MVD 110/05Decision No.: Wn. 41/05 Colin Inkster Motors Limited (trading asD J Wholesale) Trader is ordered to pay the purchaser $1,427.00 plus any capital payments.
MVD 293/05 Decision No.: Ak. 45/06 Tower Motor Group Limited Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader. Trader ordered to pay the purchaser the sum of $8,196.00 plus any capital payments plus any insurance refunds plus costs of $50.00.
MVD 9/06 Decision No.: Ak. 81/06 International Car Buyers Limited (trading as Busco) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $608.75 plus costs of $50.00 plus the purchaser is to return the vehicle to the trader for repair.
MVD 34/06 Decision No.: Ak. 46/06 Fast Fours & Turbos Limited (trading as Fast 4’s and Turbos) Ordered that the trader is to uplift the vehicle from the purchaser. The trader is ordered to pay the purchaser the sum of $4,115.21 plus any capital payments plus insurance refunds.
MVD 77/06 Decision No.: Ak. 75/06 McDonald Halligan Motors Limited Ordered that the trader is to pay the purchaser the sum of $3,000.00.
MVD 96/06 Decision No.: Ak. 77/06 B D and C R Campbell Limited (trading as Bryce Campbell Car Sales) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $750.00 plus costs of $50.00.
MVD 119/06 Decision No.: Ak. 80/06 Wholesale Cars Direct Limited Ordered that the trader is to uplift the vehicle from the purchaser plus the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $17,363.58 plus costs of $50.00.
MVD 131/06 Decision No.: Ak. 83/06 Vital IP Limited (trading as Metro Automotive) Ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $1,040.25 plus costs of $50.00.
MVD 133/06 Decision No.: Ak. 88/06 Fleet Wholesale Cars Limited (trading as Fleetz Wholesale Cars Limited) Ordered that the trader is to pay the purchaser the sum of $279.00 plus costs of $50.00.
MVD 138/06Decision No.: Ak. 84/06 Global Linking Limited Ordered that the trader carry out repairs to the vehicle plus pay the purchaser the sum of $289.80 plus costs of $50.00.
MVD 141/06 Decision No.: Ak. 89/06 Kiwi Performance Mag& Tyre Service Limited (trading as Kiwi Performance) Ordered that the purchaser return the vehicle to the trader and ordered that the trader pay the purchaser the sum of $37,301.40 together with interest.
