Pursuant to section 29 (1) (b) of the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000 and under section 28 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I appoint
Robert Charles Francis
as a member of the board of Wairarapa DHB; and
Ian Victor MacLennan
as a member of the board of Nelson Marlborough DHB;
and under clause 10 (1) of Schedule 3 to the New Zealand Public Health and Disability Act 2000, I also appoint
Robert Charles Francis
as chair of the board of Wairarapa DHB.
Ian Victor MacLennan’s appointment will take effect on
1 October 2006, while Robert Charles Francis’ appointment as member and chair will take effect on 28 November 2006.
Both terms will end on 9 December 2007.
