Pursuant to section 7 of the Disputes Tribunals Act 1988, His Excellency the General of New Zealand has been pleased to appoint
Peter Francis Fuiava, solicitor, of Auckland
as a referee of the Disputes Tribunal for a term of three years on and from the date hereof.
