Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Hastings District Court
on 7 September 2006, for the confiscation of the following
motor vehicles:
1987 Mitsubishi Sigma, Registration No. NA1004.
Against: Barry John Hellyer.
1988 Mitsubishi Galant, Registration No. RA7452.
Against: Gary Patrick Love.
1988 Nissan Safari, Registration No. ZA4393.
Against: Thomas Adam Pohio.
1997 Nissan Sunny, Registration No. DEB637.
Against: Kathleen Ora Pai.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 974 6032) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
