Pursuant to sections 128 and 129 of the Sentencing Act 2002, orders were made in the Hastings District Court
on 31 August 2006, for the confiscation of the following
motor vehicles:
1988 Mitsubishi V3000, Registration No. NW8202.
Against: Michael Dennis Adams.
1990 Mitsubishi Delica, Registration No. YT6712.
Against: Michael Richard Holmes.
Anyone who has a legal interest in these vehicles should contact the Court urgently (telephone (06) 974 6032) as the Registrar may sell the vehicles.
