Pursuant to section 4 (1) (a) of the Standards Act 1988, the Minister of Commerce is pleased to reappoint
Richard Gordon Alexander Westlake
as a member of the Standards Council and, pursuant to Clause 1 (1) of Schedule 5 of the Crown Entities Act 2004, as the chair of the Standards Council for a term of three years commencing on 15 September 2006.
