Pursuant to section 28 (1) (a) of the Crown Entities Act 2004, I have appointed
Ray Watson
as a member of the Mental Health Commission for a term of office commencing on 20 September 2006 and terminating on 31 August 2007.
This appointment was made by way of written notice to the member (with a copy to the entity), pursuant to section 28 (2) of the Crown Entities Act 2004.
